SUPER MARIO BROS
Produced in 1993, Super Mario Bros is the story of two Brooklyn plumbers who discover a parallel dimension somewhere in the pipes of New York inhabited by a sinister humanoid-dinosaur race ruled over by the dictator King Koopa.
In trying to translate the Nintendo Super Mario Bros into a modern dark sci-fi hot on the heels of Blade Runner, the film becomes a confusing mishmash of ideas, tones and plot lines. A must-see mess.
